The property anchored by Park Lane's 219 units spans over seven acres and is comprised of eight buildings and the "Great Lawn" that fronts Ala Moana Boulevard. Tucked behind the structure and between Ala Moana Center is the "Lane;" a lush, tropically landscaped boardwalk of sorts that traverses owners and guests from the open air lobby, through the amenity deck and courtyards, and on to their respective Residences.

Park Lane Residences and located between floors 3 & 8, and are perched above Ala Moana Center parking on floors 1 & 2. The owners parking requires secure access and is located on floors 3 & 4 preceded by a private ramp from the Piikoi St side of the building.
