Azure Ala Moana


Coming soon to the Ala Moana skyline will be, Azure Ala Moana, new residential mix-use tower being developed by Prospac Holdings Group. The tower will be the first to anchor the newly coined Midtown Ala Moana neighborhood which is comprised of the area surrounding Keeaumoku Street. Azure will be a 41 story high-rise located at the corner of Keaumoku and Makaloa street (directly across the street from the Ala Moana Walmart), and will feature 330 residential condominium units and 78 rental apartments.


The Neighborhood

Azure finds home in the Ala Moana neighborhood, but more specifically in the newly coined "Mid Town" sub-neighborhood of Ala Moana. To local residents, this region needs no introduction. From world class shopping and dining at Ala Moana Center, to fun in the sun that's mere blocks away at the famed Ala Moana Beach Park, residents of Azure are at the heart of it all. With Walmart and Sam's Club just steps away, and Target only a block away, Azure residents will enjoy the utmost convenience. In the unlikely event you run out of things to do, see, or eat in the Ala Moana neighborhood, take short stroll to the adjacent neighborhoods of Kakaako and Waikiki -- arguably two of Honolulu's most exciting regions on Oahu.


With the Kapiolani Corridor experiencing a significant uptick in new urban and residential developments, I think its safe to say we're seeing this neighborhood in its infancy.. or adolescence? You'll see a transformation taking place over the next few years as its projected that as many as 8 new residential condominium buildings finding home in the Ala Moana area.
