The summer buyer season is upon us and despite rising interest rates, the Oahu new construction market is in full swing with multiple new projects being released island wide. June saw the release of Kanalani, Ikena, and The Bluffs home phases at Ho'opili in Ewa Beach while Ward Village announced plans for it's final three condos in Kakaako.
In this month's new homes report, we feature The Bluffs at Nanaina featuring Executive Ho'opili homes for sale from developer DR Horton Hawaii. These will be the project's largest and most well appointed homes to date.

Ho'opili Homes on "The Bluff"
Introducing The Bluffs at Nanaina, DR Horton Hawaii's premier residences at Ho'opili, boasting expansive lot sizes ranging from 7,000 to 11,000 sqft. These exceptional single-family homes offer an executive-style living experience with 3 to 5 bedrooms and are situated on the Bluff Edge of Hoopili with vistas across the Ewa Plains to the hillsides of Pearl City. The Bluffs at Nanaina have completed (4) separate home releases so far, with slight price increases from their $1.2M starts. Prospective buyers can select from four distinct floor plans, ranging from 2,024 sqft to 2,397 sqft. Please refer to the images below to explore the exteriors and interiors of each plan. Notably, Plans 20 and 21 offer single-story layouts, while the other plans provide two-story configurations.
Unfortunately there are no model homes for the The Bluffs so any purchase decisions will need to be made on the basis of floor plans and exterior tours of previous homes. As of this post, 23 of the 57 Bluffs at Nanaina homes have been reserved so there's still plenty of opportunity to secure a home in a future release.
