Kamehameha Schools, landowner and stewards of the "Our Kakaako" master plan on the west side Kakaako, have announced their partnership with 2 prominent, local real estate developers in their pursuit of bringing roughly 1200 new Kakaako condos to market over the next few years. The Kobayashi Group will spearhead a proposed project named Alia while Stanford Carr Development LLC is assigned to redevelop a 3.66 acre block to include a condo named Kahuina as well as 35,000sq in commercial space.
The Our Kakaako master plan currently consists of nine blocks between Ward Avenue and South St, most notably anchored by the SALT at Kakaako shopping mall, Keauhou Lane, H-Mart and a handful of the neighborhoods very first condo buildings constructed just a few years ago. The neighborhood will see a host of new Kakaako condos coming to market in 2023.
Alia Condo Tower

The ground floor will provide 3,500 square feet of commerical space that will likely feature more of the trendy retail and dining opportunities that have become synonymous with the neighborhood.
