The Queen's Gate is a gated community located in Hawai'i Kai on the East tip of the island, which is surrounded by the Hawai'i Kai Golf Course and also located at the crossways between Koko Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. This community offers 120 single-family homes as well as 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 racquetball courts, and a community recreation center.

The Ko Olina Resort in Kapolei offers prospective residents 6 gated communities to choose from, but 1 community in particular- the Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas- is located on 34 acres of land bordering the Ko Olina Golf Club. This community offers 324 multi-family condos and townhomes in the middle of the property, with single family homes on the edge of the club's golf course.
The Ko Olina Golf Club features a gorgeous mid-difficulty course that can be expensive, but the quality and playability of the course itself makes up for the price tag.
The Kahala Beach condos are located right next to the 5-star Kahala Hotel as well as the Waialae Country Club. These beachfront condos feature an authentic mid-century Hawai'i style across 4 4-story buildings, which look out onto the Waialae Golf Course on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other.
