While I'd still pick Hoopili homes over Kealii, it's important to note that Ho'opili does not come equipped with fully fenced yards, and the lot sizes are smaller than Kealii homes with an average around 4,000sq. Keep that in mind when considering your options. Kealii's closest Hoopili competitor will be the Olena home phase which offers a luxury product at a similar price point.
