NorthPark by Gentry is a proposed residential housing development offering new homes for sale in Ewa Beach, Hawaii starting summer 2020. The project will be rolled out over the next 2 years seeing a total of 174 new Ewa beach homes for sale spread over 19 phased release. These will be market priced homes and no homes will be offered for sale under Honolulu Affordable Housing Requirements. The great thing about the NorthPark project is the proximity to the freeway. If you're familiar with Ewa Beach, HI, you know that the commute up Fort Weaver during peak traffic hours can be frustrating. Gentry has been delivering new Oahu homes for sale for decades but the last 5 years has seen their development focus in the Ewa Beach Real Estate market through the SeaBridge, Coral Ridge, Keali'i, and the soon to be announced Makamai by Gentry project.
