Built in 1969, Colony Marina is a small town-home style community located on a small peninsula off Kawaihae Street in Hawai'i Kai (on Keokea Place). This community houses 26 generously-sized units across 5 buildings, all of which offer excellent cross-ventilation from Ka'Alakei Valley, over the water, and into your home. The Neighborhood

Located a 10-minute drive from central Hawai'i Kai, Colony Marina is in an excellent location in terms of proximity to all of Hawai'i Kai's greatest offerings. Take a quick drive to Keahole Street and you will find a plethora of large shopping locations, including Costco, City Mill, Ross, Longs Drugs, and Safeway. These same plazas also offer a host of different restaurants, including the Hawai'i Kai branch of the famous Roy's restaurant.

A bit further down Kalaniana'ole Highway and you will come across the Koko Marina Center, which houses a variety of amazing restaurants, small boutiques, cafés, a movie theater, and large stores like Petco and Walgreens.

Families with students will also find this neighborhood convenient as schools are less than a 15-minute drive away, with access to Koko Head Elementary School and Henry J. Kaiser High School on Lunalilo Home Road and Kamilo'iki Elementary School a bit further Northeast.

Not to mention, the popular Koko Head Railway Trailhead hike is less than a 15 minute drive away, and a bit further are popular beaches and ocean-front spots like China Walls, Sandy Beach, and Makapu'u Beach. Maunalua Beach Park, however, is right down the street.
