With its development beginning in the 1960s, Triangle is a neighborhood in Hawai'i Kai that gains its name from the shape created by its borders of Kalanianaole Highway, Poipu Drive, and Makaweli Street. Around 300 homes comprise the Triangle neighborhood, and many of them also have incredbile ocean views due to the sloping nature of the neighborhood. However, don't be discouraged if you don't have ocean views, as you will still enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The Neighborhood

Located near Hawai'i Kai Harbor and right next to the water, Triangle is a gorgeous neighborhood that has access to all of the incredible amenities of Hawai'i Kai. This includes incredibly fast travels to surrounding beaches, restaurants, fitness centers, schools, and essential shopping locations.

In fact, just a short less-than-5-minute drive away is Walgreens and a variety of restaurants, and just a couple minutes further brings you to Safeway, Costco, City Mill, Longs Drugs, and more.

Hiking lovers can enjoy being within walking distance of the Koko Head hiking trail, and beach lovers will also have access to some of the most popular beach spots on the island, including Makapu'u Beach and Waimanalo Beach.

Features of the Residences

Although many of the homes in Triangle were built in the 1960s, many have since been remodeled or completely rebuilt. Many of these homes also sit on large lots, with around 10,000 square feet of space or even larger.
