Welcome to the latest Hoopili by DR Horton Hawaii community, Hinahina at Hoopili, offering new Ewa Beach homes for sale. While we'll see subtle changes to exterior stylings and interior layouts, these new Hawaii homes will closely mimic the previous Akoko and Kohina at Hoopili home phases. Exteriors will see a different color palette which is typical of each new Hoopili home phase and the floor plans reflect only two-level layouts vs. the three-levels offered in some Kohina home types.
