It's especially important to note that the Ilima Affordable Housing units will feature different floor plans than what you'll find at the Ilima model home. The Affordable Ilima units won't be quite as big and will feature 2-open parking stalls instead of a garage option. Below is recent picture of an Ilima affordable 2-bedroom unit, with courtyard.
