LIKO AT HO'OPILI | NEW OAHU HOMES FOR SALE IN EWA BEACH
Liko homes will be the phase that replaces the outgoing A'ulu phase and if you have been following the neighborhood, you'll know that D.R. Horton Hawaii offers more or less the same home types and floor plans, with different names. Similar home types are also found at earlier phases like Haakea, Lehua, and Iliahi at Ho'opili.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Like A'ulu, expect to see Liko offer duplex, single-level, and split level floor plans with attached two-car garages. We're not sure if the uber popular Hoopili ADU model will be featured here but we hope so! This type of home provides an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit that can be used as a legal rental, or perhaps a space for in-laws. Floor plans will most likely feature 3-4 bedroom homes ranging from 1200 - 1700sq, equipped with split air conditioning, and smart home features like the Skybell Video Doorbell and Alexa Voice Activation devices.
