Liko at Hoopili will be the latest installment of new single family home homes at the Hoopili development. No model homes will be made available but to help provide vision, please refer to the exterior stylings of the Olena phase, with Aulu at Hoopili interiors and floor plans.
Liko homes will be the phase that replaces the outgoing A'ulu phase and acquired a modern facelift in the process. These new Ewa Beach homes for sale will also come EV and PV equipped which typically means conduit is preinstalled to allow for easy installation of future solar panels or electric car charging stations.
Like A'ulu, expect to see Liko homes at Hoopili offer duplex, single-level, and split level floor plans with attached two-car garages. Floor plans will feature 3-4 bedroom homes ranging from 1,108 - 1,832sq, equipped with split air conditioning and smart home features like the Skybell Video Doorbell and Alexa Voice Activation devices.
The ADU floor plan of the Eono model will be the big winner in this phase as the legal Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) provides for multi-generational living OR rental income potential. Since the City of Honolulu only allows for a limited number of ADU's in each neighborhood, these will be a rare find in all of Ewa & Kapolei.
