The Hoopili proudly welcomes its newest Single Family Home phase named Olena, offering new homes for sale in Ewa Beach. Over the last few months we have been seeing cryptic hints from the developer that Hoopili Olena would be announced sometime in early 2020 and now it's officially here. These multi-generational home will be the most architecturally significant home style that we've seen to date so expect modern, contemporary stylings in this phase, and one of the most exciting opportunities for new homes on Oahu.
This will be a refreshing detour from the traditional home styles that have been offered in the previous Aulu, Haakea, Lehua, Ilima, and Hooulu home phases. These types of homes were also featured in previous D.R. Horton Hawaii projects like Mehana in Kapolei and SeaCountry in Waianae.
Olena will feature multi-family floor plans from 1,730sq - 2130sq, making this these the largest Hoopili homes for sale ever. I get lot of inquiries about whether Hoopili will offer 5 bedroom homes and to my knowledge, I don't think so, but there are neighborhoods that do. Please inquire with me at the bottom of the page for some direction.
Each Olena home will see multiple master suites in all floor plans, but the Kamoa floor plan will surely be the most popular, as it will offer a ground floor master suite featuring a separate entry and kitchenette for added separation and privacy for "in-law" living dynamics. These are not legal rentals like the Hoopili ADU homes offered at Aulu, but we expect Olena to be very appealing nonetheless.
Like previous single family home phases, we'll two-car garages, split air conditioning, and smart home features included as standar options. Plan on practical yard spaces ranging from 3,500sqft to the low 4,000sqft range. The neighborhood is still in it's infant stages but we're starting to see a "community" take hold as the first Hoopili Recreation Center and Pool is slated to open very soon and will supplement the Hoopili Park named "Konane." Both will be welcomed amenities to the growing master plan, and will add even more firepower to this thriving new Ewa Beach & Kapolei neighborhood.

4/18/20: 4th lottery release with prices ranging from $823,000 - $900,000.

2/28/20 2nd lottery release of (5) Olena homes for sale with prices ranging from $814,000 - $891,000.
