Built in 2003, the Kai Lani homes are a tight-knit residential neighborhood located within the greater Ko Olina resort community. These 2- and 3-bedroom homes sit at the Northernmost point of the Ko Olina resort, with amazing views of the surrounding palm trees, golf course, green lawns, and the Pacific Ocean. Residents are also able to take part in the incredible amenities located throughout the Ko Olina properties, such as the lagoons and beaches, shops, restaurants, the aforementioned golf course, and more. For those who would rather stay within the Kai Lani community, there are also some great amenities offered on-site, such as a pool, a jacuzzi, a recreation area, and a BBQ area.
The Kai Lani community is part of the greater Ko Olina Resort on Western O'ahu and is separated into a secluded and more remote area of Kapolei. These townhomes sit at the Northernmost point of the Ko Olina resort community, with Ali'inui Drive connecting them to the rest of the resort. As a result, residents of the Kai Lani community have quick access to the Ko Olina Center and the Ko Olina Golf Course, which are great spots to do some shopping or practice your golfing skills with friends and family. Further down Ali'inui Drive will bring you to Ko Olina Beach Park and Ulua Lagoon, which are complemented by public parking, public restrooms, and even a marina for boats.
Even though these homes are partially separated from the rest of Kapolei, if guests are interested in heading into the main shopping area of Kapolei, Farrington Highway is available adjacent to the community. Just an 8-minute drive slightly Southeast will take you to large stores like Costco, Home Depot, Target, Safeway, Long's Drugs, Walmart, and more, allowing you to easily grab any daily necessities and groceries. Likewise, movie theaters like Regal Kapolei Commons and Consolidated Theatres Kapolei provide great opportunities to catch the latest box office releases with family and friends. For more active experiences, Wet'n'Wild Hawai'i is also located just off Farrington Highway. This 29-acre water park is the only water park in Hawai'i, and it includes a variety of great water slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, and concession stands for a fun day out.
As for schools (besides Seagull School just down the road), the main portion of Kapolei includes several other schools including Kapolei Charter School, Kapolei Elementary School, Kapolei Middle School, Kapolei High School, and many more.

Features of the Residences
The homes in the Kai Lani community come in 2- and 3-bedroom options, both of which are fairly spacious compared to many other homes in the area. To be specific, the 2-bedroom residences at Kai Lani measure 1,244 square feet while the 3-bedroom residences measure 1,320 square feet. Each home also features a lanai that looks out onto the green, palm tree-lined lawns and beautiful sunsets.
