Constructed in 1995, the Ko Olina Fairways are a tight-knit condo and townhome community located within the broader Ko Olina resort neighborhood. This gorgeous community is comprised of 35 different buildings housing a variety of 2- and 3-bedroom homes, which range in size from 847 square feet to 1,264 square feet (plus an additional few hundred square feet of garage and lanai space). What makes this community stand out, though, is the immensely close proximity to amazing Ko Olina staples and activities, such as beaches, parks, a famous golf club, restaurants, and even stores.

The Neighborhood

Being located within the greater Ko Olina resort community, the Ko Olina Fairways homes are within close proximity of many of Ko Olina's staple amenities. These include the 4 main Ko Olina lagoons, all of which are accessible via Ali'inui Drive just outside of the Ko Olina Fairways community, as well as the Ko Olina Golf Club and the Ko Olina Center a bit further North. Likewise, Farrington Highway is less than 2 minutes away from the Fairways homes and allows residents to easily travel East to the main portion of Kapolei. This larger town features several larger stores for purchasing any daily necessities and groceries like Costco, Target, and Walmart, as well as parks, movie theaters, and even a water park just off Farrington Highway. As a result, residents are able to enjoy all of Kapolei and Ko Olina's best amenities within a short distance of their homes, allowing for endless activities and resources.

Other than the Seagull School pre-school just down the road, the main portion of Kapolei also includes several other schools like Kapolei Charter School, Kapolei Elementary School, Kapolei Middle School, Kapolei High School, and many more.
