AMENITIES
Limited amenities is an inherent feature of purchasing in affordable housing project and we expect that to hold true for Hale Ohana as well. The best amenity just might be the maintenance fee that's currently projected at only 50 cents per square foot. The low maintenance fee is by design and lends itself to keeping this project truly "affordable" to its buyers. We also do not expect to see lanais built for the condo project.
