Located less than 100 yards from the famous Waikiki Beach, the Imperial Hawai'i Resort sits a couple of hundred feet back from the sparkling Pacific Ocean in the heart of Waikiki. Though a bit older (having been built in 1967), this 27-story building offers a variety of residence types, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units. In terms of location, the Imperial Hawai'i Resort has rapid access to a variety of great shopping and restaurants, and those who want to spend a day at the Resort can expect great on-site amenities as well.
The Imperial Hawai'i Resort is located in an excellent area of Waikiki, with access to all of Waikiki's greatest shopping locations starting just a couple of blocks away. The Imperial Hawai'i Resort is located nearby Kalakaua Avenue, a large shopping street. This street likewise leads you down to the main portion of Waikiki- Waikiki Beach, which is a 10-minute walk away and an even shorter 6-minute drive if you prefer to travel by car.
Not to mention, directly across the street from the Imperial Hawai'i Resort is the Waikiki Beach Walk shopping mall, which hosts a plethora of famous restaurants and shops, including Roy's Waikiki. For a quick night out, all you need to do is walk less than a minute to one of the many incredible restaurants located adjacent to your residence.
The Imperial Hawai'i Resort has partial views of the neighboring parks thanks to its location near them, and as a result, guests of the Imperial Hawai'i Resort have incredibly quick access to the green, grassy Ainahau Triangle and Fort DeRussy Beach Park. These are great spots to hang out with friends and family, have a picnic, take a walk, or just relax in the Hawaiian sun and climate. A bit South of the park areas brings you to Fort DeRussy Beach, which is a very long and wide fine-sand beach that is great for water sports or lounging under an umbrella.
One of the most popular and well-known spots to hang out in the Ala Moana area is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which is also the largest open-air shopping center in the world. This center is just an 11-minute drive from Waikiki Shore, and it houses hundreds of stores, restaurants, and experiences (it even features year-round live performances). A Foodland Farms is also located within the Ala Moana Center, and a Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club are a bit further North, which can satiate any grocery needs you may have.
In addition to incredible neighborhood amenities, the Imperial Hawai'i Resort also offers a variety of incredible on-site amenities, including:
- A rooftop pool
- Aloha Therapy Massage
- A fitness center
- Free WiFi
- Golf club and tennis racket rentals
- Laundry services
- A sauna
- Valet parking
- Much more!
The Imperial Hawai'i Resort offers different studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom suite options, all with at least a mini kitchen (though many have fully-equipped kitchens). These suites can house between 4 and 8 guests depending on which suite option you opt for, and they will also have varying views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding cityscape.
Other features of these residences include an in-suite safe, air conditioning, flat-screen smart TVs, and wake-up call service.
