Island Colony Condos in Waikiki, HI
Built in 1979, Island Colony is Waikiki's tallest "condotel", standing 44 stories high and featuring panoramic views of Waikiki's cityscape, the Pacific Ocean, the Ko'olau Mountains, and Diamond Head. Island Colony features 745 studio and 1-bedroom units, and it sits a block and a half behind one of the most popular areas in downtown Waikiki, which includes the International Market Place, a plethora of shops and restaurants, and the famous Waikiki Beach.
Island Colony is also one of the few Waikiki condos that allows owners to operate legal Honolulu vacation rentals.
Within close distance of Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place, and Kalakaua Avenue, there is an abundance of great opportunities for activities, dining, and shopping while staying at Island Colony. Walking down Seaside Avenue will bring you to Kuhio Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue, two streets known for hosting a variety of restaurants and shopping locations.
